BIBLIOGRAPHY
I've written several novels, short stories, and screenplays. Here are a
handful of them!
NOVELS
-
The Torth Empire is an epic series aimed at a science fiction/fantasy/young adult audience. The first two books, City of Slaves and Desert Battles, are complete. They each fall into the range of 105,000 to 115,000 words.

- In addition to a full outline of the remaining books in the series, I've created a database of alien cultures,
concept art, languages,
maps,
technology, and histories.
- Current Status: The first two novels are complete! I will finish writing the series while pursuing
the interest of literary agents and major publishers. I wrote an early draft of these two novels back in 2000 (as one loooong, 550,000 word novel). I completed a rewrite of
City of Slaves in 2007, and a revision of Desert Battles in 2008. You'll notice that I cut over 200,000 words. Now it's all new material from here on out!
- The Illusionist is a Young Adult fantasy novel. It's in the 60,000 word range.

- Current Status: I completed this novel in 2001. I plan to give it a major revision someday. Currently shelved.
- The Torth Resurgence is an incomplete Science Fiction novel I wrote in college.
- Salt Water is a Horror novel I wrote when I was in junior high school.
- Sarah's Secrets is a Science Fiction novel I wrote when I was in junior high school.

- Eden is a feature-length screenplay in the Horror/Science Fiction genres.
- Current Status: I need to revise Eden before submitting it to contests, slush piles, and agents.

- "Father's Footsteps" is set in my Yeresunsa universe, and is live on
Well Told Tales as of 2008. Rejections: 4
- "Shirley Knott" will appear in an upcoming issue of AlienSkin Magazine. Rejections: 8
- "Lightbringer's Class" is set in my Yeresunsa universe, and won
Honorable Mention in the Writers of the Future Contest for 2007. It was originally featured in
Shining Waters Fantasy Literature, February 2003. Rejections: 0, reprint 2
- "The Aeon Project" won 2nd place in the CONduit
2005 short story contest. Rejections: 2
- "Leveling Mountains" was featured in March 2005 of
Aiofe's Kiss, and voted into the sixth
Wondrous Web Worlds anthology. Rejections: 1
- "Sunrise" was featured in
Cyberpulp Magazine, Issue #1, June 2004.
It can be purchased from Fictionwise or
the PDA Bookstore. Rejections: 2
- "The Blur" was
published in Twilight Times, Summer 2004. Rejections: 4
- "A Taste of Time" can be tasted in
Deep Magic #24, May 2004. Rejections: 0
- "Decrepit" was the 90-word daily story of April 29, 2004 in
Flashshot. Rejections: 1
- "Fiction" was featured in Neverary.com (now defunct), October 2003.
